January 3rd Intention

Well, here it is… the first intention set for the first healing session in Lighthouse!! I’m seriously stoked to be doing this, so thank you for being here!

As we transition into a new year, we’re also transitioning into new energy frequencies. Because of that, there is currently a lot of change going on in and around us. To help us move through these transitions with more ease and grace, the intention for this first session will be:

To be empowered with both the internal stability and groundedness needed to be able to remain open to the shifts and new opportunities that are coming our way, so that we may reach new elevated spaces.

To be empowered with the utmost confidence and comfortability to stand fully in our truth and be recognized for all of the goodness that we are, and the innate talents and wisdom that we possess.
